Downtown Cape Town, the cable station to Table Mountain as well as the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront are all just 10 minutes drive away.

Accommodation: The house has a large open-plan sitting room with panoramic views over Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean, five double bedrooms (two doubles, two twin, one children's), four bathrooms (main en-suite), a family room/TV room, kitchen, scullery, large terraces, garden and pool.

House-keeper will clean and make beds and provide breakfast (on request).

Rottingdean Road is a private house and is only available for rent for the two weeks over Easter and two weeks over Christmas 2006.

£350 per night - minimum of 7 days.
