Hi,

I`m interested in going to Montego Bay Jamaica this summer, actually next July. How is the weather in July is it often sunny orwill there be rain and hurricanes?

Going to Ocho Rios on Tuesday, scared to look now at weather forecast after paying big bucks for vacation - all week scattered showers! So unfair! February shows the lowest precipitation around the year. Any family fun when it rains there? Do notlike to spend all week inside.

Hi Ruby, Mo Bay is nice;it is the rainy season,but you should consider the time of year. It is summer, sun block will be more important than getting a little rain.
Check with a travel doctor re malaria. There are no mosquitos that we found in January, but that is the dry season. Make sure you go to Black River and Ricks at Negril ... YS Falls is great, as is Dunns River Falls.

Igor; Go diving, who cares what the rain is doing, you will be under water. There is fabulous diving there, very clear water and dive outfits will not go out if it is too rough.

Going to Mobay March 12th- 18th.  The weather channel says scattered showers.  What does that mean for Jamaica.  All day rain or mostly a day for sunning?
