TopTour Europe Limited (formerly Tokyu Travel Ltd) is a DMC that specialises in customised travel packages for both groups and individuals. Based in London, TopTour offers travel packages to destinations all over the world, but are specialists in travel to Japan, China and the whole of Asia. Toptour offers expert services and management, regardless of the size of the group, for events, conferences, business meetings, incentive programmes, and tours, as well as independent travel. Toptour is one of a small number of travel agents that sells the Japan Rail Pass (JRP), the most cost-effective and efficent way to make use of the Japan Railway Group's fast, punctual and convenient rail service. The JRP allows visitors travelling for touristic reasons only an excellent way to sight see in Japan. Toptour has also recently included sports event packages to its list and visitors can enjoy events such as the FIBA™ Basketball Championships in Japan (in August 2006) or the Beijing Olympics in 2008.
